PR Consultant Sues Fox, Plastic Surgeon over Nude Photos

A PR consultant who recently underwent a “mommy makeover,” with a tummy tuck and breast augmentation agreed to do an interview with her local FOX news channel. She was to be a source with a “positive experience” to share about the surgery. She agreed to be interviewed in her paper surgical gown, with the request that no indecent shots, revealing her cleavage or her thighs be shown on television.

The woman was shocked when she learned that nude photos of her, before and after had been shown, without her permission over the broadcast. She is claiming that her career as a public relations consultant is all but over. Her clients have been calling her to cancel their contracts, because of her apparent lack of judgment. Both the plastic surgeon’s office and the news station deny responsibility for the accident.
